1. What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Proactive, collaborative, and reliable.

2. How would you describe your day job to a child?
I work with manufacturing companies to make sure that all your favourite foods are available in all the various shops.

3. Why did you choose to be part of the Vector Logistics’ team?
I chose Vector Logistics to contribute towards greatness as they are an industry leader. The engineering and technology used is unmatched and coupled with endless opportunities for growth, learning new skills and taking on new challenges.

4. What excites you about this role?
What excites me the most is the opportunity to build and manage strategic relationships, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to find innovative supply chain solutions that will benefit both parties.

5. How would you describe a high-performance organisation? 
One that achieves excellent results consistently.

6. How do you keep yourself/your team motivated?
By expressing appreciation for a job well done and celebrating success.

7. Do you have a mentor/coach? 
Not at the moment, however I actively reach out for guidance from my acquaintances and senior colleagues within my team for insights and different perspectives on key matters.

8. Given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?
My husband, just to think like a man for once.

9. If you were the CEO for a day, what would you change or introduce?
Working hours to allow for a 4-day work week. Studies show that this leads to increased employee productivity and overall well-being.

On a lighter note …

10. What is your most memorable facepalm (embarrassing) moment? 
I can think of quite a few involving not remembering people’s names. I never forget a face, but I am very bad with names.

11. When was the last time you laughed so hard?
Whenever I watch Kevin Hart’s wedding ringer and central intelligence.

12. What is your guilty pleasure?
Dessert in any form or shape.

13. What is one thing people do not know about you?
I am a Formula One fan.

14. If you could invite one famous person (dead or alive) to dinner, who would it be and why?
Lewis Hamilton, he is the GOAT.
