Strategic, Resilient and Collaborative. These attributes have been the foundation of my leadership approach, helping me drive impactful business strategies and build strong teams across industries.
2. How would you describe your day job to a child?
When I was six, I started selling jars of garlic, ginger, and spicy chutney to my neighbours. It taught me how to talk to people, understand their needs, and build trust and skills I still use today. Now, I help businesses ensure essential products, like food, are available when and where people need them. My job is about solving problems, working with others, and creating opportunities, these valuable lessons apply to any industry and future job you may want to embark on.

7. Do you have a mentor/coach?
My father was my greatest mentor and inspiration. From a young age, he instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and resilience, which continue to guide my leadership approach. I have also had the privilege of learning from various leaders throughout my career, each of whom has shaped my perspective on strategy, collaboration, and innovation.
8. Given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

On a lighter note …

Early in my career, I once walked into a meeting with the wrong presentation, only realising halfway through! It was a great reminder to triple check everything before stepping into a room.
11. When was the last time you laughed so hard?
During a team-building activity in 2024, where everyone’s unexpected creativity turned a serious exercise into pure comedy our unknown creativity based free thinking spirit. Laughter really does bring people closer.
