The primary objective of the Company is to build a profitable business enterprise which is a leader in its field, in order to ensure a fair return to shareholders and secure employment for its employees.

Within this objective, Vector Logistics respects the principles of non-discrimination and consultation, and of maximising individual potential through sound management practices and effective communication. In this regard the company ensures that employment, promotion and remuneration practices are implemented without regard to race, creed, colour, national origin, sex, age or disability.

The company, as a designated employer, has undertaken specific measures to create equity in employment and to employ and develop designated employees. An affirmative action policy and process is in effect and is designed to secure the company’s primary objective, as outlined above, whilst building equity. Vector Logistics’ stakeholders are continually updated regarding the policy and progress in achieving employment equity objectives.
